AUTOMATION TRAINING MATRIX
- Allen Bradley: The students will be exposed to the fundamentals of Allen Bradley PLC, different types: RSLogix 500, RSLogix5000, e.t.c. PLC Hardware, Program Files, Addressing Binary (Flag), Addressing of Programming Instructions, Addressing of Symbols, Communication Protocols, Input/Output Modules. The students will use Allen Bradley software to create I/O, simulate process and program the PLC.
- Siemens: The students will be exposed to the fundamentals of SIEMENS PLC, different types: SIMATIC S7-300, S7-400. PLC Hardware, Program Files, Addressing Binary (Flag), Addressing of Programming Instructions, Addressing of Symbols, Communication Protocols, Input/Output Modules. The students will use Siemens software to create I/O, simulate process and program the PLC.
- Unitronics PLC: The students will be exposed to the fundamentals of Unitronics PLC, different types of series: Unistream, Vision, Samba Jazz and M91 series. PLC Hardware, Program Files, Addressing Binary (Flag), Addressing of Programming Instructions, Addressing of Symbols, Communication Protocols, Input/Output Modules. The students will use Unitronics software to create I/O, simulate process and program the PLC.
- The students will program VFD and Servo Drives.
